Shipping policy

This item was delivered.  I did take extra insurance out on this package.  I tried to guide this customer is claiming with UPS and I heard nothing from her.  

I had the feeling it was delivered (as it says on the tracking), and she was trying to get the earrings for free as they were an Authentic Chanel pair.
